Blueish Screen

Whenever I try to record the video looks a little messed up and flashes a faint blue in the background. This only affects the actual video and the preview window not my TV. I had a similar problem , except mine was flashing red , it turned out my roxio game cap was faulty , you should log a support ticket with tech support HERE

Thank you. I have a ticket going already, but it seemed like it was leading no where. I will probably have to return it and get a new one. I got it through Amazon so it might be harder to return.
