Toast 11 Pro And Tivodesktop Version 2.1.0 For Mac

Hi,

- I hope someone can help me.

 

- I use MacUpdate to keep my software up-to-date on my Mac.

- Based on MacUpdate's info, I bought Roxio Toast 11 Pro.

 

- But, MacUpdate still reports that my "Installed Version" of TiVoDesktop is 1.95a and that the "Current Version" is 2.1.0.

- MacUpdate notes that Version 2.1.0 is "Included only as part of Toast 11 Titanium (non-Toast users should download 1.95a)."

 

- I'm confused. I can't find TiVoDesktop Version 2.1.0 on the Roxio disk.

- What should I do?

There is the TiVodesktop system preference pane that is downloaded from TiVo's site. The version you have is the same as mine. What is included with Toast is TiVo Transfer which you'll find in the the Toast Titanium folder. The most recent version of TiVo Transfer is 2.1.0. It also can be opened from the Extras menu in Toast. Also included with Toast is Mac2TiVo which does not currently work in Lion.
