MarkD64
I have the same issue. I was able to rebuild the DirectX folder to get past that error but now errors on next piece of the install. The installation program is bad. The versions of Roxio have gotten worse over the years and now this version is almost impossible to install on my new system and support keeps me going in circles to attempt reinstalls. I hope you have better luck than what I have experience so far. I am running Windows 7 64 bit. I have been trying to get this installed off and on for several months with no luck. I have wiped the registry, turn off all services, downloaded all Windows updates, updated DivX, and still no luck. Please help. Bill
