(2) The Video when recording is fine but the sound crackles (3) When video is stopped and the Ready to Export button is pressed Then the video export button to PC is pressed, the Program Freezes with Command: "An unknown error has occured the application will shut down now" Magna PS Tried the Program on our 2nd Computor and the same problem! The Easy VHS to DVD Program receives the Video & Sound from the VCR and plays Okay!
