Error Message Upon Opening

Nancy S

Question

Got a Dell XPS Desktop, a couple of years old. Shipped with Roxio 2010. Don't use it often but when I tried to copy disks I was burning, it would start to open and then just hang. Tried repair, it couldn't find a file. Uninstalled and reinstalled, and got the error message below. Uninstalled again, reinstalled, added 2010 update, rebooted, still got the error message. Anyone got any ideas? Thanks.

Nancy

Did you find resolution of this problem? I am having the same problem.

Please start your own thread in the correct forum. Do you have the full Creator 2010 or the OEM version that may be Creator 10.x DE. They are very different.

Did the program work before? Did this just happen? What have you installed recently? Do you have Windows Restore turned on and can you roll back to when the program worked before?

Perhaps you can provide this information (link) in your new thread.

BTW, Nancy has not been back since the end of Feburary.
