ROXIO CREATOR 2010 !

 

Hi There

I keep getting the Certificate or permission error when attempting to run Creator 2010.

I have downloaded the repair file and run it, followed the instructions as layed out many times - restarted loads of times.

Also removed and reinstalled the program.

Also downloaded the latest service pack from your site as well.

Still nothing.

PLEASE HELP

I would like to help you to resolve this issue. But, unfortunately Creator 10 is a legacy product. A legacy product is a product which has been discontinued and no longer sold by Roxio. I know this is not the answer you want to hear and if I put myself in your shoes, it would be a disappointment for me too.

This is not the Roxio site but only a users group so nobody here will be "ashamed". Like cd says if you want some help please state you problem. Also include your system specs.

 

BTW, where did you buy the software? It has not been sold by Roxio for several years.

The response to your question wouldn't be any different but I wonder why the Tech Service person though that you had "Creator 10"?

 

Do you indeed have Creator 10 that may have come with your computer? If it were the full version, it would be called Easy Media Creator 10.
