Installing Roxio 2009 On Xp Permissions Error

Question

I got a copy of Roxio, must be a couple of years ago now, it was intended for making home movies with but I didn't open it until this week, I tried loading it and although it seems to finish installing I cannot seem to open it on my Windows XP operating system, does anyone know what the trick is because Roxio will not support Roxio 2009, there solution is shell out another £50 for Roxio 2012!!

Please tell us the exact name of the software you have and it's build number (from help - about). It is even better if you post a screen shot. Did you buy it or did it come with a computer? If you bought it, where did you buy it from?

What happens when you try to open it? "I cannot seem to open it on my Windows XP" is not very informative. There is no trick to open the program.

Either your system does not support C2009 or it did not install correctly.

 

What are your system specs, especially video card
