Videowave problem

Piry25

Question

Have the same issue like other user trying to burn some video from a camcorder and pull together as one with videowave when I try to burn with myDVD am getting error messages because cant finish encoding.

Try all the solutions in the boards. Defrag, update my video and cd drivers, the steps about the file burn and folder, and the setting in the program to change to software. Nada still have the issue. THis is actually the first time I use this program Roxio 2011 and found out about this issue. Didnt have this problem with older versions of Roxio and using Windows XP SP3. Needless to say am very dissappointed and disgusted that I have waste my money.

Having no tech support available doesnt help the matter.

Having some volunteer people trying to help but are quite arrogant and condescending is reprehensible. No wonder other people dont want to post their issues. If you want to help people is no need for that kind of behavior.

pc ibuypower i7 920

ATI HD5700 1gb video

So you do or don't want help? You can get all the tech support you want, you just have to pay for the phone call support charge.

This is your first post; has anyone been arrogant and condescending toward you? Please state you expertise on both the program and on your computer knowledge and experience. We get all experience levels on the forums. Some people just barely know what an OS is and others write code. Without that knowledge some replies may be taken the wrong way.

Please answer these questions if you are serious about help (the blue text is a link). .
