After looking at all the "Help" issues and all the problems I and dozens of other hapless buyers have had with Easy VHS to DVD (2010 version) I have decided it is not worth mucking with and am uninstalling it from my Windows 7 and ordering the Diamond One Touch VHS to DVD software, as the TopTenReviewa.com recommends being #1 pick. (Roxio is #3) I think Roxio is a clunker and should be #10 or worse!

These forums are for folks who are having problems with the software. Most post the problem that they are having, and someone usually tries to get them up and running.

 

The users, who are not having problems, don't generally post in these forums.
