Once I select it and hit open the program locks up and I get a message as follows [b]"Runtime error Program C:\Program Files\Roxio 2012\VideoUT\Videowave13.exe R6016 -not enough disk space for thread data and the program freezes and won't let me go any futher.

Does 'plenty of disc space' actually have a NUMBER???

It is either being honest - you don't have enough space - or you are going to need to run the prep & repair ;)

Follow the Prep Steps to the letter!

Then start to Install the Program, only choose Repair when it is offered.

Some free tools you can use to clear up some free space on that hard drive. Go here (link) Make sure that you read about what you are downloading. If you do use Revo Uninstaller, make sure you use only the Moderate Mode. For CCleaner, do not run the registry cleaner part.

Depending on the original size of your hard drive, you may not even have enough free space to defrag so deleting and cleaning shouold come first.
