I've made sure to use the correct options when recording with my PS3. I've had the software working for about a month after purchase, but not the current issue persists. I've tried the repair option many times, but to no good.

Have you tried updating your video card drivers .

Remove the Roxio USB Device and reboot the PC (no usb device plugged in).

When the PC is rebooted put your installation disc in a drive like your going to install it (no USB Device plugged in). The repair option should show, click it and when it finishes remove the disc and reboot the PC.

When the PC is up and running open device manager and plug in the Roxio USB Device, the two entries should show

Alright, got them both on there now and still getting the "No Signal" message, however I am now getting an image on the capture software.

Second Edit: Stopping the software from recording is an option again.

It does not bring any sort of window up nor does it even try to search for a driver.

So I'm guessing I need to go ahead and re-install it all?

Then that's the problem. No drivers and the device doesn't work. What happens when you plug the device in?Do you get a driver screen pop up?What I mean is do you see Windows trying to find a driver for it?Open Device Manager with the device unplugged. Then while you're watching plug the device in.Do you see any changes happen in Device Manager.?

This is what you have to see when the USB Device is plugged into the PC.Correct Drivers installed..post-97-058144100 1331818381.jpg
