can any one tell me how to fix this the converted version is fine but when i uploaded it thats what it done

 

my computer specs are

 

procesor amd sempron m120 2.10 ghz

ram 2.00 gb

system 64 bit

 

and its a compact presario cq61

Are you sure about that processor? The only information I found was that was a single core processor. As such it would not meet the minimum requirements for the program.

 

Read this forminimum requirements and this for some reviews.

 

Compac made a lot of different Presario cq61 laptops, please give us the rest of the product number.
