Question

Hello everyone I am wanting to use be able to set up a new printer that I have just bought to work with Roxio the printer is a Epson Artisan 730 6 Colour Multifunction Inkjet Printer - CD/DVD Printing and I need help as the printer is not listed in the supported page files in fact, all the Epson printers which are supported. I no longer on the market. I'm hoping someone out there will be able to help me I was running an HP 309A, which has some problems so I'm replacing it. I am just hoping I will be able to store use the software that I have as I don't have the money to upgrade. Hope to hear from someone with some suggestions.

NASA is perfectly acceptable.

Have you tried any of the program included settings with a think piece of cardboard to see if it is close?

Yes, Roxio is pretty well behind on the printer options. Many of us use a different program for printing. Your Epson came with a program to print to disc why don't you use that? Also SureThing labeler is not very expensive. It will read from the disc with auto fill.

Also, here is a procedure (Link) that you might want to try to adjust the print settings for the Epson printer. It is for an HP but you may be able to develop a procedure to get it to work. Write down your procedure if you can get it to work so we can post it to help others..

thank you for your reply actually I have not received the printer yet and I have quite a few inserts designed when I was running the HP 309A, which I did have a file made up for that, so I suppose that could work by adjusting does it matter that the CD tray on the new printer is in a different position? Or would I be able to just adjust the name on the file and try that way.

Thank you again for your reply.

I'm not sure exactly what you mean. Which file?
