Imovie 6 User

Hope someone here is able to assist me. I have been a long time iMovie 6 user ...I have burnt hundreds of 3 hr DVD's from iMovie 6 to Toast 8 ...that started to fail me and then just upgraded to Toast 11...when I take my imovie project into Toast 11 and then check my project in the edit window in Toast 11 ..only the original sound from my DV tapes are heard ...no sounds from the audio I added to the iMovie finished project ....It would make my day to hear a simple fix ...thanks from Canada !!

Toast 11 accesses iMovie projects via the Media Browser. But I think it only works with the more recent iMovie app. What this means is you need to export the video from your iMovie as a full quality QuickTime movie or a h.264 MPEG 4 movie and then add that video to Toast.
