Creator 2012 Installation Error 1335

I tried installing on my Windows 7 machine and on my XP machine and neither one works. I understand you are packing a ton of stuff into this software package, but why can't you get it to install easily???

I get the 1335 error on my XP machine. Suggestions?

That error is becoming more common. The Roxio support person may not be here on the week end but will supply you with more information and a download the next time he visits ( a couple of days).
