Need Imformation On Roxio Game Capture (Console)

I sent a request to support but then relaized there were forums here so I'll ask here in case someone searches in the future regarding this. I am writing in reference to the Roxio game capture device available for the . I need to know if this device comes with editing software as well as the capture software I'll need to capture, edit/author and publish the video? Will the software also give me the ability to convert the output format to different specifications depending on what type of device or website I may want to upload it to as in YouTube, itunes, etc..?

 

My PCs consist of Windows XP Pro, Windows Vista and Windows 7 Pro and possibly future Windows Operating Systems. I need to make sure I have compatibility with the mentioned operating systems. Thanks for any information that may be of help.
