No attachment/image so we can't see what you are getting.

Did you read this Kb article?

Why did you have to reinstall the card? Did yiou follow the exact same procedure to install it the first time? Did yiou reinstall/repair the software?

Please list your computer specs including your video device and you audio device information. Use the free "Speccy" if you don't know.

Sorry, forgot to attach a picture. here it is

I had to reboot my computer so i reinstalled the Roxio software, and yes, exactly the first time. However when i installed it i was able to have many options ( eg in the photo it says i cannot click on options because it is dark coloured). And Yes, my resolution on the PS3 is 1080i, EXACT SAME SETTINGS AS BEFORE. Nothing has changed, i just reinstalled the software.

Not sure what a "Speccy" is but:

Software: Roxio Capture Card

Date bought: January 17th 2012

Condition: GOOD. was using it before the reboot.

"Speccy" is a free application that tells you about your computer. "Speccy". Download the free version and run it.

It looks like the drivers for the card were not installed correctly. Did you re-install the software before you plugged in the USb device? Post a screen shot of your Windows device manager window showing the USb devices listed.

Reboot is simply restarting your computer. A reboot would not cause any issues that you are describing.

You did not install the game capture and drivers for the program correctly. You will have to delete the cirrent drivers and then reinstall the program ACCORDIN TO THE INSTRUCTIONS>.

Re: About waiting. This is a users forum and you will get answers when other users have something to say. If you don't like to wait, call Roxio directly.

Edit you post so that the spambots don't clog that address with junk mail. I edited you address here.
