CP MSI is referring to Cineplayer Microsoft Installer. It should be located at, C:\Program Files (x86)\Roxio 2011\Cineplayer Point to it when it asks next time and see if it fixes it. Are you reading and trying to reply on a smart phone? Don't. Do you understand what CD said when he said to go to #17 in his signature. It is a link. What changed on your computer between the time it worked and now - updates? Registry scan either a stand alone or via an anti-virus program. Suggestion. Answer ALL these questions if you are really serious about getting help. LINK. You can copy the questions, paste into your reply and then answer each of them.
