Upgrade Or ?

Question

After a series of difficulties in 2011 pro and now many apps missing I have two choices

1. re-install 2011 but after a very frustrating install in December I am dubious of doing so. is it possible to repair??

2.Purchase and upgrade to 2012. but is it any easier to install because the installation procedure for 2011 is quiet lengthy and involved compared to installing other pc applications in my opinion

Open control panel, programs and features, double click the Roxio Creator 2011 entry.

A repair and uninstall should be offered.

Do all of this with every program closed/shutdown including antiviruus/firewall and disconnect from the internet.

C2012 is not a upgrade but a full retail suite. Unless you need some feature C2012 has your C2011 is a fine program once you get it running OK.

Thank you for your very quick response. To be honest I was hoping to stay with 2011 until 2013 offering (assuming there will be one) the convert to divx looks interesting

though.

Thank you CD that is just what I like. Good sound advice culminating in a good quick fix. You have saved me 50 quid for now, plus of course a lot of saved frustration I can now wait for the 2013 launch. (I hope)
