Installation Error

is this only happening to me but when i install the the game capture cd it starts and everything but it stops in the middle of the installment saying some type of error and i have to re-install it. but when i do it then tells me to repair or remove and still after all of that it says im missing stuff.

 

CAN ANYBODY PLEASE TAKE THERE TIME OUT AND HELP ME WITH THIS PROBLEM BECAUSE IM REALLY LOOKING FORWARD OF USING THIS GAME CAPTURE

Just to double check, you do have the version that is software only and captures games you play on your computer. This is the forum for that.

 

Does your computer meet the minimum requirements for the program and do you have the required other software installed? Look on the box for the requirements.

 

Update your computer doing all these things (except maybe the optical drive update.
