Jumpy Gameplay And No Audio ?

so with my roxio gamecap i get no audio whatsoever and the video is really jumpy, which makes it horrible to watch. it was recorded in the avi format and was recording fifa 12 , please any help would be appreciated, ive attached a video and if you skip to the gameplay then you will see

dont worry about the jumpy video thats sorted but the audio is a problem as it seems to be picking up the audio like outside so it can hear me talking and stuff but i want it to record game volume, it says that i record through the roxio game cap line though ??

With the RGC USB device plugged in do these two drivers show in device manager?

 

 

Does RGC show and is not muted in Volume Mixer?
