My Laptop Was Stolen With My Roxio Disc Still Inside

recently my laptop was stolen after a few weeks of installing the roxio game capture software (therfore the disc which was still inside the laptop's cd tray went too :'( ), my laptop was replaced but i was unablle to replace the roxio disc, is there anyway to regain the software as i would still like to use the software, i still have the product key and the game capture device but no software!! please help
