Is there a feature in Roxio that will let me make an interactive 360 degree video/image interactive panoramic show?

No, you would have to go to a different piece of software if you want video/images and fully interactive. I'm thinking about those interactive videos where you can look at the inside of a room in a house or a hotel.

 

If you have the images, you could always make a Panoramic image which you could manually scan from o degrees to 360 degrees. I haven't done any 360 degree but I've done 180 plus. You could put that in Video Wave and output that as a video format but it would not be interactive.

 

As for video. what are you stariting with?

 

As with a lot of posts/questions, there are a lot of "depends". You may want to take a few minutes to more fully explain what you want to do. Do you now have Creator 2011 where you posted? The current version is Creator 2012.
