Vhs To Dvd 3 Plus Window Too Large For Computer Screen

Question

Just installed Easy VHS to DVD 3 Plus and tried today to use it for the first time. The program's window is so large that it does not fit on my Dell laptop's 17" screen! Consequently, some of the control buttons are off the bottom of the screen and inaccessible! I've tried re-sizing the window -- no dice, same problem (narrower window, but still partially off the bottom of the screen). I tried resetting my computer's screen resolution lower but that made the problem worse. So I returned the resolution to its highest setting. Any ideas what I can do? Has anybody else had this problem?
