Black And White

K so ever since i bought my roxio gamecap the image has been in black and white so im pretty pissed off cuz i bought a cable that was supposed to fix it but it didn't so im so close to just smashing this piece of ^#!& and buying a Hauppauge HDPVR or something more reliable cuz i don't want to go and buy any more stuff for this stupid thing. So someone reply to this with a solution.

At the chance of offending you, Periods are appreciated on this forum, please use them. . (Some parts of the world get really offended with a simple suggestion).

 

What solution do you want since you said you are going to buy a different piece of hardware and software?

 

My guess is that your computer does not meet or exceed the minimum requirements for this software. Download and run the free "Speccy" and post a screen shot of the result page. What video card/chip do you have? Have you updated the drivers for it?
