Blu-Ray Burning Error

Question

Hello!

I have a 2008 iMac 3.06 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, 4GB Ram, 1TB hard drive. I'm using Toast 10 Pro to try to burn Blu-rays. I am using an LG Blu-ray burner in an enclosure through FireWire 800 that I got from OWC.

When I try to burn a Blu-ray I get this error:

The drive reported an error:

Sense Key = Blank Check

Sense Code = 0x02

NO SEEK COMPLETE

I tried to search on these forums for those items but I couldn't find anything that really helped. I also tried Googling it and the closest I got was that the drive doesn't 'like' the media I'm using. But I'm using the media that OWC sent with the burner, so I would think it should have been tested by them to work many times.

Any ideas? I am going to try to contact OWC about this as well but I thought I'd ask here. Also, the LG drive is apparently a commercial drive so firmware updates are not available on their website from what I gathered online. Again, maybe OWC could help me with that.

Thanks!
