Some Advice Please!

Question

Since I purchased Toast 11 this week, I have been going through the various options available. As part of my exercises I have tried without success to copy to disk the iPhoto tutorial that I purchased from the App Store. These tutorials are stored in Applications and consist of 29 Quick Time videos. After many attempts to accomplish this I finally gave up and right clicked on the application and selected "Burn tutorial for iPhoto 11 to disc", which gave me a good quality on a CD.

During my various attempts with Toast I got couple of error messages saying that the file format was not recognized by Toast and when I finally thought that I had achieved the task, the burning stopped at 99%. When I tried to cancel the operation a message came up asking me if I would like to "abort or continue". When I tried to select "abort" Toast became unresponsive and I had to "force quit".

I really would appreciate if some knowledgeable user can confirm which settings I should have selected, to have copied and burnt the iPhoto Tutorial to disc. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm guessing you are trying to make a data disc of the tutorials. Is that right? If so I don't understand how you got an error message about file format. The problem with the disc burning stopping at 99% is discussed in other topics in this forum. Version 11.0.4 doesn't have this problem and Patatrox has posted in the forum a link to a beta version of 11.1 that may also fix the issue.

Let me know which version of Toast 11 you are using and which settings you were using in Toast.
