Question

I have suddenly started getting the error message that the roxio softscsi host adapter driver will not start. I have determined that the driver is in the location specified, but for some reason it will not start. Can anyone tell me what it is for and give me some idea how to fix this error?

thank you.

I am not certain, but I think it is a leftover from an emulated drive. Create a new one, and that message should go away. Otherwise, just disable it.

Open Device Manager and find this entry.

Right click it, click uninstall, and reboot the PC, you should be good to go.
