Blue Tint On My Roxio Game Capture

FrancisJr

Question

My Roxio Game Capture has Distorted Colors. Please see pictures below. Anything bright appears to create a blue tint and Anything dark creates a yellow/green tint. Before you ask anything I have Updated Everything and plugged every cable correctly, and my PS3 setting are also checked. I have done everything software wise. I am afraid this might be the cause of a hardware defect.

Please Email me the answer: tuquibjr@yahoo.com

Not one is going to e-mail you. Go to settings and select to get a notification when someone replies to this question.

Please post your computer specs - at least the manufacturer and complete model number. Have you adjusted your monitor and TV for color/color temperature, etc?

Are you hooked up the way you are supposed to and not juryrigged anything?

I deleted your duplicate post.

Have you contacted roxio support about this , we are only fellow users here ,

I also had a similar problem to yours (I had red flicker) , And it turned out to be a faulty device , You should try and contact support ASAP and get it replaced.

I have. I'm currently waiting for the email of a Roxio Technician.

Your're probably right I might have a faulty device. I have done everything :[

The thing is I ordered my Roxio from Amazon and I live in the Philippines.

I have to worry about getting my Roxio back to US or Europe then waiting for a new one to arrive...

I hope that Technician emails me soon

Make sure you look in your spam e-mail folders. Many e-mails from Roxio and other companies end up there.

Have you updated you video driver lately? I see one from March of this year.

Double check all your connections; one may be loose. In fact, can you flip the cables end for end?

I just recently updated my Drivers when I got this problem.

What do you mean by flipping the cable end for end? switching the Y/Cb/Cr?

Forget about the wires, I forgot where I was posting. Just make sure that the connections are secure.

You may want to roll back those drivers.

Are the colors on the computer itself correct or are they slightly off?

What specific Driver should I roll back?

..and yes the colors on the computer is correct (I've been playing Skyrim since the release I'm pretty sure it's correct). It's just Roxio That records off color

I'm wondering if it has anything to do with the Hardware?

Should I have it Fixed or Replaced?
