Hey, Everytime i am installing roxio gaming and get the installation interrupted and is just wondering why?

i have all the requirements for it and even the icon appears on my desktop then just fails, help?

Just because it installed doesn't mean it will run.

Please post your computer manufacturer and complete model number. Sorry to ask but people say that there computers exceed the requirements and when they do post their computer spec, they have a Celeron chip ot other low quality chip.

Do you know how to get a dxdiag.exe log? Posting that would be a big help because that has everything regarding you video and audio set up along with other important information.

The only thing I learned from that is that it was a 2010 (or so) model. Please download and run the free "Speccy" program, run it and do a screen capture. Post the summary screen. There are a lot of computers with the Pentium chip. Some meet the requirements and some don't. Have you ever updated the dirivers for the video and audio card/chips. Don't trust Windows and in some cases, don't trust Dell. With more information, we can help you find the right updated drivers.

BTW, there should be more model numbers after the N5030. Look underneath the laptop.

Sorry I can't get the screen capture. Use this.

The .net sometimes shows up but usually only with the Creator 2012 product. Look there for more help. You may want to PM the Roxio installation expert that frequents that part of the forum.
