Please remember that this is a users group and not Roxi/Corel technical support. We can advise on how to use the software but we can't give rebates, return products, or even make changes to the software..

 

The first best thing to do is to post your computer specs. You can put it in your signature where it will always be available or just post the manufacturer and complete model number. You can use thefreee "Speccy" and post an image of the summary page. If the question gets involved, you can post a copy if the text file found via dxdiag.

 

We ask that up front because too many people try to run the programn on an underpowered computer or even on a MAC.!

 

Now what kind of problem are you experiencing? Please be clear ; minimize the use of "it" or any other word that references other things. It is hard to follow when someone says I can't get it to run - Computer, program, game console, etc.
