Problem With Converting .mov Video Files To .wmv

I am working on a project for my company. I have created movie files using iMovie on my Mac and now am trying to convert the .mov files to .wmv files that are supported by my company's intranet. Every single file that I have tried to convert using Toast Titanium 11 has resulted in a .wmv video file that is exactly 30 seconds long. Any clue why the full video isn't being converted to the .wmv format?

This is due to a license restriction. Go here and purchase the $49 Studio version of Flip4Mac and you can encode the full length of your videos to wmv.
