Upgrade Download Without Disc?

Hi all,

 

I lost my install disc but I did register it. Will I be able to use the upgrade download for a clean install, or does it require the install disc? The download is $20 and having to buy a new disc will be $70.

But to be sure, why don't you call Roxio Sales and make sure!!!

 

Pre-sales (sales phone):

1-877-793-7480 Mon Fri 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST

 

You will also want to burn a copy of that download which you do with Windows and one DVD ;)

 

Give them a call and please post back to let us know how you make out!

Tried that number several times and got a busy signal. Tried another number and they referred me to email support. So I am waiting for reply on the email I sent.

Here's the response I got, my follow up email, and the follow up reply. I guess all I can do is purchase the download and see if the program will reinstall without having the disc.

I sympathize with them (to an extent)... Like most of us, they get 3 buckets of work dumped on them and are only give 1 bucket of time to get it done!

 

Not to worry!

 

Order the download and install it. IF it doesn't work, return it within 30 days for a refund!
