Usb Device Not Recognized. Help Please.

Okay, so Ive just got my GameCap, set it all up fine, installed the software, but whenever I plug in the usb it comes up as not recognized and is listed as an unknown device in the usb section of the device manager. Ive searched for a way to fix it and nothing seems to work.

 

My suspicions are that the usb ports aren't 2.0, but that makes no sense since I have other devices connected that require 2.0 and work fine? Any help is much apprecciated

USB 2.0 has been around for over ten years look at your PC documentation or Google how to see if you have USB 2.0 ports.

Is this what you show with the Roxio USB Device plugged in?
