Headset Setup With Roxio Game Capture

uNkMyJuNk

Question

Hey guys, I used a Turtle Beach headset with my Roxio, but lately the audio has been giving me problems. I have the component cables running from my xbox through the piggy-back jacks from my headset... and then into the capture device itself. But for some reason, the audio is MUCH stronger coming out of my right ear then my left ear. But if i simply unplug the piggy-backs out of the device, the audio sounds normal coming out of both ears. Does anyone know why this is/does anyone have a possible solution to this? It is also recording the right audio more than the left audio, PLEASE HELP!!

Don't know why that would happen.

The "piggy-back" jacks are just an adapter to let you connect both the headset and an audio cable to the one output of the XBox.

There is no electronics in them, they are just a pass thru.

If you think they could be the issue you can probably pick one up at an electronics store.
