Like another consumer in other topic, I've been trying to buy Roxio Game Capture from this site but every time I go through the buying process, I get to the choose a payment option and select paypal, then I select place secure order and it takes me to a page telling me that the order is being processed and I should be getting an email about delivery time, however I haven't even logged in to paypal to confirm the payment and the email has never been sent to me. In my case, in my PayPal account, I dont have any payment request and on my credit card don't shows anything about my purchase.
At the time of this purchase I don't had a account in Roxio website and I need the Roxio Game Capture with urgency.
I've sent a email for sonicstore@digitalriver.com with my order number, but without answer until now.
I can't call Roxio via phone because I live in another country.
Is better I cancel or simply forget the current order and, then, try again with another browser (maybe the browser are the problem)? If I do that, I will have to cancel the current order?
