Problem With My Purchase

Like another consumer in other topic, I've been trying to buy Roxio Game Capture from this site but every time I go through the buying process, I get to the choose a payment option and select paypal, then I select place secure order and it takes me to a page telling me that the order is being processed and I should be getting an email about delivery time, however I haven't even logged in to paypal to confirm the payment and the email has never been sent to me. In my case, in my PayPal account, I dont have any payment request and on my credit card don't shows anything about my purchase.

 

At the time of this purchase I don't had a account in Roxio website and I need the Roxio Game Capture with urgency.

I've sent a email for sonicstore@digitalriver.com with my order number, but without answer until now.

 

I can't call Roxio via phone because I live in another country.

 

Is better I cancel or simply forget the current order and, then, try again with another browser (maybe the browser are the problem)? If I do that, I will have to cancel the current order?

 

Anyone can help me?

I've placed my order around 9pm ~ 10pm, May 14 (CA time, but I don't live in US).

 

Click on Support (top of this page) .....when this opens, select what is indicated by the red arrow

I did it about 5 times today, at different times, and the order appears, with correct adresses and names.

But I've not been received any payment request at PayPal (my payment choice) and, on my credit card, nothing related appears. In the top of all that, I haven't received any Roxio's email.

 

P.S.: I've choosen DHL-1 Day shipping.

My main concern is that I have not even received the confirmation email that should have been sent to me moments after purchase.

I have only 3 days left for receive the product (because of that I've choosen the one day shipping ). After that, unfortunatelly, I'll not be able to receive the product by any means and I'll need to cancel the order.

Have you checked your Spam folder, sometimes the confirmation e-mail winds up there. Expecting an international shipment in 3 days is unrealistic but I hope it works.

I've checked the Spam folder many times but the email unfortunately is not there.

I dont live in US but my shipping address are in Anaheim, CA.

I've checked my PayPal account via site and phone and they not receive anything about my purchase, the same occurs with my credit card.

 

In that case my order exists only on "findmyorder.com" but will be never sent to me because I don't received anything asking me about the payment until now and, in this situation, is impossible to make a payment.

 

I'm thinking about cancel this order and make a new one for solve that problem. Is this a good idea ? Because I'm tending to doing that for ensure the order will be shipped in time for me.
