Have Lost Disc For Software But Have Product Key. Please Help

Hi all.

 

I bought the Game Capture card a few months back and installed it on an old laptop to see how it fared (not so well)

 

So last week I've bought myself a new laptop and today I have decided to install the software.

 

However when looking in the sleeve with the product key, there was no disc.

 

I have still got the key code (I have used it on one laptop already)

 

Is there anyway to download the software without physically needing to have the disc?

P.S I have looked and have registered the key code on my Roxio account, don't know if that works in my favour, all i'm needing is the software.

RGC Software was never a download but a physical shipment along with the RGC Hardware.

 

The link is "How to re-download software" since you didn't download it I doubt that info is of much use?

 

You could try and contact Roxio/Corel customer service but I wouldn't hold my breath!

Hi Cryztof, First of all i can say that you can still retrieve the product key that you are using. As long as it's still running on your computer right now. You can use different softwares to retrieve your product key. For example.

 

i have a windows xp CD but i've lost my product key but it is still installed. the chances are very high to retrieve it. you can use the software "Magical Jelly Bean" to retrieve different product keys. I have used that and i can say that it really works well although not for all products. To know more about this program feel free to ask. I found a good site that answers most of the questions regarding technology updates.

You have the problem backwards. The Original Poster has the key but not the software. It is NOT installed on his new computer.

 

If you post a link to a torrent site, it will disappear and you may be banned.

He still has the product key "I have still got the key code"

 

That still doesn't help if one looses the installation disc containing the software!
