No Email With Key From Roxio

Question

I purchased Toast 11 Titanium as well as the download service. I did not receive the email from Roxio with the key nr.They said that payment is still pending so I have never yet been able to receive the serial key code for the Toast 11 Titanium. I have exchanged over 10 emails that appear to be responded to by automated software systems and no real human beings that can read and keep getting messages responses that say my order doesn't exist or, if from SonicStore service, say that I need to contact DigitalRiver or, if from DigitalRiver, say I need to contact SonicStore service. I got an email from Paypal saying that Digital River has been paid for the Sonic Store service .I'm still unable to use the software for the purpose I intended. I've also lost hours trying to get some kind of valid, useful response from someone who actually can comprehend and solve this problem.

 

Anyone have any similar problems? Any ideas as to how to get Roxio/Sonic Store/Digital River to respond properly?

Try contacting Corel (they just bought Roxio) in the country you live in http://www.corel.com...jsp?pgid=800145

 

Were just fellow users on here and have no control over how orders are processed.

Did you check your Spam folder? Sometimes the e-mail winds up there.
