It was a problem when 2012 was introduced, but nothing lately till your post Do you have a Disc or Download (guessing Disc). Directly Contact Roxio Customer Service: 1-877-582-6735 (NA) or 0800 376 9272 (UK) and see if they will authorize you a Download. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
