Can No Longer Output Videos

Arok Lazarus

Question

For some reason Videowave is no longer allowing me to output videos. As soon as its finished the normalize audio portion it posts up an error message saying "An error has occured" and stops the output process. It is doing this with all my videos and I have no idea why. I've tried different formats of outputting too and none seem to work. Help please! I also have the most recent update for it applied on the program.

Thanks in advance!

Do you have the VideoWave that is in Game Capture or do you have it as part of a different program (Link Creator)?

I am using the one that is for consoles and is from the disc that came with my Roxio Game Capture for Consoles.

Repair the installation.

What new programs have been added to your computer? Have you done anything with the registry? Do you have enough hard drive space? You need a lot; make sure you get rid of all the junk files including thetmp and temp files. CCleaner (free) is a good tool. Don't use the registry cleaner part of it.

Thank you for the reply, sknis. I'll try uninstalling and reinstalling the program when I get the chance. As for your other questions, no I haven't affected the registry or gotten any new programs that would indicate causing an issue with this program. I have about 150GB free of HDD space so that shouldn't be an issue either. I'll try that CCleaner you recommended if reinstalling the program doesn't help.
