Creator 2012 Will Not Install

I have had to download this product several times.For the first attempts it crashed on download twice.

 

Then when I finally got it downloaded during the Unzip extraction I got a message saying the file would not load as there was a file transfer error.

I had to contact you to be able to downlaod again as my allowed number of downloads was exceeded.

 

I eventually got it downloaded but when I ran the installation process it gets right to the end then rolls back and cancels the install. So I downloaded it yet again and tried again and exactly the same thing happened. I cannot now downoad the Content as I am told that yet again I have exceeded my three permitted downloads.

 

I have been struggling with this for days. You took my money in seconds.

 

On top of that a number of the links in your emails do not work.

 

This is the crappiest experience I have ever had with any product from any company.

 

Please either fix this or send me my money back.

As you know WE are not Roxio/Corel tech support so we can neither fix not refund your money. Threats have no place on a forum where people are trying to help you.

 

1) Post the result of an dxdiag.exe evaluation of your computer. ATTACH the txt file, not not copy and paste the entire contents of the txt file. Here are instructions if you need them.

2) Uninstall Creator 2012 using the free REVO uninstaller in the Moderate Mode (ONLY) Let it uninstall the registry entires and folders that it wants to.

3) Update your computer using these instructions even if it is "new".

4) Reboot

5) Keep your anti-virus OFF; not just paused.

5) Reinstall.

 

Are there any things you are not telling us like installing on a network or on a non-system drive? BTW, how well you follow the directions and give us the needed information, the better the replies will be (test).
