No Images In Photoshow

I am having the same issues, I have no videos in my slideshow. I was able to burn 3 discs, then I took some images out of the slideshow to burn 3 more & now I'm getting no images, just the music.

 

 

I have 293 JPEG images (they are all different sized as they are cropped)

 

 

I've paid to upgrade to the premium membership & I'm constantly getting the run around to get help with this program & it's very annoying!

How do I find out the standalone version & if it was included in Creator 2012?

You have the lastest version.

 

The first thing to try is to re-download PhotoShow from the membership page and reinstall it. There is no need to uninstall it and then reinstall it.

 

Please give us some information about your computer. If you do a dxdiag evaluation of your computer. it will give us a lot of information that we can use to help solve the problem. It will even tell us if you have enough space on your computer's hard drives. Read this and then attach the text file to your reply using the "More Reply Options" to the bottom right of your reply box.

 

If you are looking at the page where you can see the order of the images and the audio, do you see anything strange or different. (Blank images, short music, etc)?

 

Try saving the modified PhotoShow as a different file name and see if that will solve the problem.
