Roxio Wont Let Me Do Anything (Please Help

Hey My Roxio game Cap isnt working i downloaded the software set it up on my Standerd definition tv but when i open up roxio to go to the capture part it wont let me go into options or click anything settings wise please help i dont no what to do and i am really confused please help me solve this Thanx

The Roxio Game Capture for Consoles is not legally available for download. There is (was) a "PC Game Capture" that was available for sale. I'm not sure it is still available..

 

Which are you trying to work with? Do you mean you installed the software?

 

Did you install the software AFTER you plugged the capture device into your computer ? If so, that is wrong and you'll need to do some repair.

 

Please post your computer specs (link) do the dxdiag attachment version.

 

Once you do that, we can give you more information

it wont let me do anything it wont let me open options to change the settings and it wont even let me press capture and the screen is black

Re-read post #2.....if you dont know how. get a friend/ neighbor/ relative who has some basic computer knowledge to help you.

How is this : Call Corel, tell them the same thing and then pay for the privilege of talking to them.

My guess is that your computer is not powerful enough to run the program. Did you check that?
