Roxio 2012 Direct X Installation Failure

Hello all,

So I'm having failures installing 2012 Creator, because the installer gets to the first step of publishing product features of Direct X 9 Runtime, then fails toward the end, and now I have no way of installing my software. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Direct X manually, I've tried the other options from Roxio Pro Instillation Interrupted post, still no success. Anybody able to help?

You followed this to the 'T'? If so call support for installation help..

 

Application is dying during the installation of DIRECTX

 

You'll need to do the following

1. Copy all files to hard drive

2. From the folder run command line

setup.exe DisableProducts=DIRECTX_FEB10 Mandatory=0

3. Select No when prompted to download updates at beginning

4. After installation completes download and install DIRECTX from here

Why did you use two different CD Keys?
