When I try to connect to the FlexNet server to check for updates I get an error message that the product code is not registered on the server or is invalid. Is there a way to download the service pack for Roxio Creator 2012 Pro?

There is no service pack or update for Roxio Creator 2012 Pro..

Corel bought Roxio and servers that worked are now not working while things get migrated to new servers.

I also encountered this response when checking for an update for Roxio Creator 2012, on re-installing the product from a failed HP laptop under Win 7 x64 to the Parallels Win 7 Desktop on my new MacBook Pro. What do we do for updates while Corel is taking over from Roxio for Tech Support matters?

I also have submitted a proble report to Corel Tech Support regarding a problem with my re-installation. For some unknown reason, the PhotoSuite 9 application did not show-up on the Roxio Creator 2012 menu opening window. Has anyone else experienced such a problem during a re-installation (from my previously downloaded files from the Roxio Website when purchasing the original product)?

Arbyem,

Cdanteek told you already. There are no updates for Creator 2012, so your question about updates during the transit from Roxio to Corel is moot.

If you're having trouble with a re-installation, open a fresh topic in this forum. Please don't try to hijack this topic.
