All of my cords and cables are plugged in correctly. Although my roxio game cap makes my screens colors display washed or altered and my TV emits a loud buzzing noise. These issues are shown on my TV AND my roxio game cap. Do I need to send in my roxio or get a new one and if so how do I do this?
