Plese Help - Annoying Error

Everytime I open the Game Capture Software all loads fine but I seem to have a problem! When I click capture I get an error saying "Cannot initiate task only one instance of MediaCapture or plug and burn may be run at the same time" please help I've been trying to fix it all day. So far I'm not satisfied with the product. Any Ideas will be highly appreciated! Thanx

The Topic is 2 1/2 Years Old...

 

Download and install the

Revo

Uninstaller. Then run it in

Moderate Mode

to remove any traces of Roxio.

 

Then turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc.

 

Now insert your Roxio Disc.

 

When the Install competes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.

 

 

Download and install the Revo Uninstaller. Then run it in Moderate Mode to remove any traces of Roxio.

 

Then turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc.

 

Now insert your Roxio Disc.

 

Be sure you accept the offer to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio, not Windows)

 

When the Install competes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.[/indent]

I Fixed it bro, u need to get the update if u dont have it and it fixes the error

The SP1 "update" did not contain any fix for what you encountered...

 

But the install acted like the repair I was suggesting and that seemed to clear the problem
