No Software With Mail-Ordered Roxio Game Capture For Consoles?

I got my Roxio game capture a few days a go, I never hooked it up because I knew I needed regular HDMI cords instead of the one I had.

 

So I opened it up and hooked it up and everything, but it wouldn't install because I needed the Software disc. I never got one with my order :/ Is there anything I could do about it?

Hope you haven't thrown your packaging away since the disc is "hidden" somewhere in there. Other users had the same problem and eventually found it.

I think my mom opened it and threw it away after she got the cords out D: Is there anyway I could get a replacement CD?

Have you looked close at the packaging?

I saw that picture not too long after I made this thread actually! myguggi linked me to it. But, I was saying after we got it open and got the cords and things out, My mom threw away the packaging, so I never got the chance to look around for the CD D:
