Burning Audio Cd's Does Not Copy Tags

Question

I created audio tags with Roxio Creator 2010 for all songs in a project.

When I play an mp3 with these tags from a computer file the Artist, Title and Album Tags appear in Windows Media Player 11. The same holds true when I create and play a CD disk created by Creator 2010.

However, when I create a Music Audio CD, Windows Media Player does NOT display those tags.

Am I doing something wrong? I there a way to transfer those tags onto an Audio CD? (I've tried several ways including placing the entire folder into the project and checking various check boxes on each try.)

Thank you.

Windows Media Player does not normally show CD-Text when it's playing an audio CD which has CD-Text written on it. I don't know why, it's a glaring omission in Windows Media Player.

If you want that ability in WMP you'll need to get yourself a WMP add-on such as the free WMPCDText. [look it up on the Internet]

Creator 2010 writes the CD-Text.
