Easy Vhs To Dvd Won't Start

I bought a copy of 'easy VHS to DVD' a year or so ago and have just come to install it on my PC. The copy that I have has the 'Windows 7 Compatible' logo on it. I have 'Windows 7 Home Premium Service Pack 1' on my PC. I've installed the programme but when I try and start it I get the following message:

Does anyone know what this means and how I can fix it?

 

Also, in the Roxio Box when it is trying to open it says that the version is 121B98A.
